Built from the ground up.
Sakoon Bakery was founded by Saim Amir as a small, community-led food concept built around comfort, quality and creative products.
The journey began with handmade brownies sold through local stalls and events. Those early experiences taught the brand what customers responded to, how products travelled through word of mouth and how much value there was in creating food people genuinely wanted to share.
Sakoon has grown through patience, experimentation and direct customer feedback rather than a large launch budget. The ambition is to build a recognised halal viral-food brand without losing the community roots and product care that started it.
Today, brownies remain the foundation of Sakoon. Japanese fried cream sandos represent the next stage: a new product category developed with the same focus on flavour, presentation and customer experience.

Tranquillity. Stillness. Comfort.
Sakoon was created to offer more than indulgence. The name represents the feeling the brand aims to leave behind: a moment of warmth, calm and comfort worth returning to.
Built with patience. Made to be remembered.
“The flavours are bursting in my mouth.”
